The facts...(as far as we know)

·FEI posted $1,200,000.00 monthly sales prior to April 1997.
    May '97 $625,000
        June '97 $525,000
            July '97 $500,000
                Do you see the downward trend? (Thsese figures are approximate.)

·FEI only pays 7% gross margin to their hard working employees per month.
    At $150,000 sales with 12% ($18,000) margin plus $250 bonus = $1510 sales person's gross pay.
        The above figures put $16,740.00 in FEI's pocket per month.
            No one has made bonus more than once since April 1997.

·FEI makes the salesperson responsible for all bad debts and late paying customers.
    After 60 days of non payment the salesperson assumes the customers debt.
 
·FEI sales people are required to sign a non-compete agreement at hiring.
    Prior to April 1997, the agreement was nine months.
        The current agreement for new sales people is twenty four months.
 
·FEI warehouse consistently shows a loss at month end inventory.
    As high as $36,000 per month in lost hardware at month end inventory.

·FEI accuses former employees of theft and misconduct.
    3 months after the top three sales people were fired, inventory shortage remains.
        Former sales people are blamed for the purchase of pirate software.
            Former sales people are blamed for the purchase of re-marked Intel CPU's.

·FEI fired their webmaster because he has done after hours jobs with former employees.
    The hasty decision to remove all his administrator rights crashed the web server.
